LAW • BUSINESS • CULTURE • TAX
Our identity, the meaning of Law–Business–Culture–Tax, our approach, organisation and international network: independent professionals working together with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.

Specializzazioni autonome, collaborazione concreta e responsabilità chiaramente attribuite.
Distinct specialisms, practical collaboration and clearly assigned responsibilities. LBCT Nexus brings together professionals with diverse and complementary experience. The network supports businesses, entrepreneurs, shareholders, management teams, public bodies, foundations and cultural institutions in day-to-day decisions, development projects and periods of transformation or significant change.
Each engagement identifies the professionals involved, the scope of their respective activities and their responsibilities. Where a project requires several areas of expertise, an operational coordinator is appointed to facilitate joint working and communication with the client.
To help clients understand their options, make informed decisions and turn those decisions into contracts, figures, processes and actions that can be put into practice.
Four equally important perspectives, available separately or combined within the same project.
Our legal practice addresses the structure of relationships and the protection of our clients’ interests: commercial and corporate law, domestic and international contracts, M&A, employment law, intellectual property, public procurement, litigation and arbitration. Our cross-border focus draws on more than twenty years of work in international trade, foreign investment and relationships with counterparties in different legal systems.
Our Business practice turns objectives and challenges into business plans, economic and financial analysis, control systems, processes and responsibilities. It encompasses strategy, CFO advisory, performance improvement, organisation, ERP and business intelligence, interim and fractional management, turnaround and post-acquisition integration.
Culture is a specialist practice dedicated to the protection, management and enhancement of cultural heritage and the organisations working in this field. It combines cultural heritage law, conservation and restoration, works of art and art crime, intellectual property, foundations and cultural organisations, public procurement, governance, compliance and organisational innovation.
Our Tax practice extends beyond accounting. It encompasses tax strategy and planning, domestic and international taxation, tax litigation, business valuations, corporate transactions, tax due diligence, corporate advisory, the quality of financial information, tax compliance, and advisory and tax support for restructuring.
A clear process, proportionate to the complexity of the engagement.
Objectives, context, urgency, constraints and the interests involved.
Issues to address, options, priorities, expected outcomes and timing.
Bring together the expertise required, with clear roles and responsibilities.
Share relevant information and ensure consistency across legal, tax, financial, organisational and institutional analysis.
Produce documents, negotiations, analyses, plans and measures that can be put into practice.
Monitor implementation and adapt the approach as the project develops.
Information is shared among the professionals involved to the extent necessary to carry out the engagement and in accordance with professional obligations, applicable law and the client’s instructions. Before work begins, potential conflicts of interest are checked and arrangements for processing and sharing data are defined.
